This large international organisation need an Email Marketing Supervisor as the internal expert and advocate of email best practices and to manage the day to day responsibilities including: briefing both the internal clients as well as the implementation team on all aspects of the email process, guidelines, segmentation, contact strategies and analytics to assure optimal email marketing performance.
Skills sought include: current knowledge of industry best practice and usability principles for email marketing; attention to detail whilst working effectively in a fast-paced environment; organisation and multi-tasking skills; able to grasp new concepts, understand customer requirements and translate knowledge into practical solutions; data literacy, experience and understanding of data analysis tools and techniques; ability to produce professional reports and present to a variety of audiences.
You will be managing all aspects of team supervision (currently 2 members), day to day personnel administration, performance reporting, and ensuring team annual objectives are met.
Ideally, you will have excellent spoken and written English, hold a degree, diploma or similar qualification in a related technical or business field. Ideally with 2 - 3 years experience working directly on an email implementation technology platform, as well as application support and project management. You will have a working knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS. Database knowledge is an added advantage.
