Marketing Manager
Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for driving end-user insight generation & proposition development, product development and new market introductions across multiple segments. In addition you will also focus on the following key responsibilities:- Contribute to global M&CC strategy. Initiate and formulate marketing strategy & consumer propositions for the category within the M&CC strategy.- Plan and manage consumer insight generation, validation and proposition development for new product ranges.- Prepare, validate and gain approval for business case (incl. margins and investments) for new products.- Manage (commercial/marketing aspects of) development of new product ranges, incl. commercial briefing, investment decisions and design direction (work in multi-disciplinary teams together: R&D, design, engineering, supply and finance). - Plan and manage global market introductions of new product ranges.- Plan and implement global product improvements (consumer research, development and introduction).- Management of small life cycle management projects.

Your Profile: In order to be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a clear track record of success in delivering consumer marketing campaigns for global brands. Your drive for results and commitment to marketing excellence will be clear, as will your potential for fast track career development. In addition you will be able to demonstrate the following:- Good degree in Business or Marketing from recognised Business School..- Proven brand/product management experience in a FMCG, healthcare or similar sector.- willingness to work in an international environment. A second language is preferable.- Internationally mobile ( 25% + travel).- Clear focus on detail, numerate and with a keen interest in understanding end-users.- Excellent communication/presentation skills This is an excellent opportunity to build on your considerable experience by joining a global brand.
