| Senior Online Marketing Manager |

An immensely exciting opportunity for an online Marketing Manager has arisen within a start up payments organisation. You must have at least 4 years proven success in online marketing (PPC, SEO, Affiliates etc) and experience of managing both a number of individuals (1-2) as well as managing external consultants. Ideally, you will have experience of a fast paced start-up or worked for an organisation demonstrating rapid growth. You will have excellent technical understanding of the online space.
In addition to the above, you will be a key member of the management team and as such must demonstrate the maturity to work autonomously and lead from the front. You will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of 1 - 2. .
Skills and Experience
At least 4 years proven experience in an online marketing environment
Experience of scaling and optimising PPC activities
Developing and executing SEO strategy (e.g web optimisation, content sourcing, inbound links, blogs, directories and community sites etc)
Work with the technology team to drive web optimisation and usability improvements
Create and develop affiliate marketing programmes
Measure, analyse and report performance metrics
Experience of working within a start-up or a business demonstrating rapid growth
B2B & B2C Marketing experience
