| IT Programme Delivery Director - Government Managed Services |

My client is a highly successful IT Services company based in central London. They require a Delivery Director to shape and securely deliver projects and programmes under a specific high profile contract.
The key responsibilities of the Delivery Director are as follows:-
Establishing and supporting an effective programme and technology assurance function. Managing the delivery of technical service delivery for the programme. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, usually central government departments. Managing the P&L's of the Programmes. Ensuring effective management of all related 3rd party contracts. Effectively managing own team and also within the matrix management structure.
Experience
* Has managed complex stakeholder/3rd party relationships successfully at Director level in the public sector (ESSENTIAL)
* Has acted as escalation point for Programme Delivery related issues.
* Experience of working with Government/public sector essential.
* Grown businesses in the public sector arena.
* Managing $5-10million p.a programmes within the public sector
* Working with Prince2 and MSP methodologies
* Has track record of delivering results through teams.
