A great opportunity to join an out and out market leader in the online and web arena. You will be joining the Design & Front-End Development team, with two key responsibilities: Building screens, flows and interactions that are usable, natural and desirable; and developing and enhancing online campaigns with the marketing team.
You will be working with other designers, developers and project managers creating useful and enjoyable interactions - involving users throughout the design and development process. You will be also working very closely with the marketing team creating engaging, integrated online campaigns and initiatives. You will also be required to use your inventiveness and creativity to experiment with new ways of working and designing solutions for business requirements. You will be also responsible for coaching less experienced designers.
It is important that you have a great online portfolio, and it is imperative that you have worked on high-traffic websites. You must be proficient in Adobe products (Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop) and possess exciting design and solid front-end development skills.
