Job Description: Experienced recruitment consultant required- Sales & Marketing sector!
Position: Senior recruitment consultant - Perm or Contract!
Location: City
Package: Large Basic (dependant upon billing figures and experience), uncapped commission, share options plus lots more -see below!!!!
Candidate requirements: Minimum of 2 years sales & marketing recruitment experience with a good billing record.

The Role;

To join their sales & marketing recruitment team as a senior consultant. This is a full 360 recruitment role and you will be required to business develop. You will be in charge of a vertical market with autonomy to run the entire recruitment cycle. Whilst you will be set targets and objectives this is not a micro managed environment.

The Candidate:

You will have a minimum of 2 year's recruitment experience across Sales or Marketing Recruitment, either on a perm or contract desk with a strong billing record. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to business develop and win new PSL accounts, They ARE NOT looking for account mangers. There are also positions for individuals with more experience than this and the package and responsibility will reflect your levels of experience. Continuity of employment is imperative as is a high level of ambition.
