Service Delivery Manager / Development Manager (Data Analysis / Modelling, Marketing), South West London - close to Kingston and Richmond.
A senior opportunity within an International Marketing and Data Analysis company has recently become available. With a vibrant and dynamic working environment and a strong team, this is a unique opportunity. Experience within a marketing, media or advertising environment is essential as is previous man management skills.
Your role will require overall management of 3 teams whose focus is Database modelling and statistics, IT Support and also email and direct marketing. Liaising both with internal and external clients in the UK and internationally you will need to be an excellent communicator and comfortable delivering presentations, reporting on various marketing activities and their successes, managing projects and putting together client proposals.
Your responsibilities will include managing the 3 Team Leaders including objective setting and performance reviews, managing team metrics and the Operations Pipeline to ensure consistent revenue, proactively review business strategies and competitor analysis.
