Our client is a global leader in the Investment Banking field. They seek an INTERIM Procurement Professional, with a strong FM, Real Estate and Property category specialist who will share their ethos and passion for global development, value and effectiveness.
Role:
The jobholder will lead strategic sourcing initiatives across the global FM & Real Estate category, delivering dynamic procurement solutions to the internal customer. The category will cover Construction, Fit-Out, Re-Location, Utilities, M&E and HVAC as well as soft services including Vending and Catering.
In order to continue the growth of the organisations leading-edge global corporate procurement function, they require an enthusiastic and flexible individual to take on a strategic sourcing role, this is an outstanding procurement opportunity for someone with the desire to really drive buy-in from the Property Stakeholders, providing a versitile, professional and valuable strategic sourcing service the global business.
Experience:
- Strong procurement experience, ideally gained in a Financial Services environment
- Focused Hard & Soft FM category experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator, with the desire to lead project teams
- Ideally degree educated (or other relevant qualification)
- Ideally CIPS qualified
