Our client is a FTSE 100 company and own and manage approximately 7.6 million m2 of commercial property and provide property services to more than 2,500 private and public sector clients.
They are now looking to recruit an Asset Manager to join the team comprising of a Senior Estate Manager, Estate Manager, Building Surveyor and Engineering Manager in order to provide a comprehensive, professional asset and property management service to a portfolio of properties in Central London. The role of the Asset Manager is to provide a strategic overview for the operation and management of the buildings, understand and manage the P and L for each building, as well as manage professional property work
Duties include preparing Business Plan's for each asset, assist with sales process with Investment Director and site team, prepare investment properties for development, and liaising with colleagues to achieve vacant possession when appropriate.
The successful candidate MUST be MRICS qualified or equivalent. You will have a good understanding of drivers of financial performance, and proven experience at a senior level. You will be a good communicator, be computer literate and a flexible approach to work.
Salary is $50,000 to $80,000 per year dependant on experience, bonus potential up to 44%, 25 Days holiday, Bupa, pension, life assurance, car allowance of $6,500 per annum.
