This flagship store in North London requires a hands-on generalist HR Manager to take on responsibility for all aspects of the welfare of over 600 staff.
You will need to have a thorough understanding of store operations together with extensive experience of being part of a senior management team which has effectively developed and implemented strategies across all departments within a store.
This role will be responsible for managing costs under the HR function and will work closely with the store management team to optimise overall staff costs without impacting upon co-worker development, service to the customer or safety standards.
