Inventory Clerk
Job Objective

Undertaking chargeable inventory and property inspection activities and assisting senior staff in developing services to appeal to a wider range of clients.

Providing support to property management teams as required.

Ensuring all internal performance targets are met whilst complying with statutory, contractual and client requirements and supporting the manager in dealing with day to day operations as required.

Location

The post will be based in the London office.

Key Responsibilities

In accordance with working practices and procedures agreed from time to time:

* Carrying out inventory makes and check-in and check-out reports for properties managed by TCPS and clients within, but not limited to, Central London.
* Effectively organising working week to maximise number of chargeable activities
* Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data entered on the property management system.
* Ensuring that all contractual and statutory requirements are adhered to at all times.
* Assisting property managers in ensuring that issues and problems raised by clients, tenants or third parties are dealt with promptly and effectively.
* Handling, monitoring, recording and otherwise assisting line manager as required in the management of keys
* Maintaining a flexible approach to work and from time to time performing tasks which may sit outside the normal remit
* Undertaking training or attending courses which the company may from time to time require and identifying where appropriate training opportunities to assist in the development of the role
