Job duties:
Provide assistance to the marketing department.
Responsible for daily correspondence with china factory and overseas customer;
Responsible for issuing quotations and final order specifications
Handle administrative and clerical work
Good application on MS Excel, & Words, & Adobe Illustrator
Requirements:
F.7 or above, min English Pass in HKCEE
Min 1-2 year working experience preferred
Knowledge of export/import procedure is an added advantage
Hardworking, independent, initiative, responsible, attentive to detailed is a must
Fluent in spoken & written English and Mandarin, German speaking and writing skill is a must
PC knowledge is essential (on MS Excel, & Words)
Good organizing and systematic mind
