The successful candidate will implement the MHO marketing and communications plan objectives so that MHO attain the best possible presence and reputation in the market place to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
The candidate will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders e.g. Local Authorities, other Housing Associations and other related bodies so that MHOs market presence is kept to the forefront to achieve sales targets
It is essential the candidate has demonstrable marketing experience within a high profile organisation delivering services. Is a graduate with a marketing qualification or compensating experience. Is IT literate and has experience of using desktop publishing, word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Has an excellent working knowledge of publication and print processes
It is desirable the individual has property marketing experience. Able to use Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Quark skills and holds a Full clean driving licence
