Administraive Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant in the increasingly busy and high profile Kent Public Health Department within KCC.

We are seeking a reliable and flexible person with excellent interpersonal skills and a sound sense of judgement to provide a broad range of secretarial and administrative functions including preparing Board reports, creating Powerpoint presentations, diary management, dealing with complex enquiries etc up to PA level.

The successful post-holder will also be responsible for setting up conferences, workshops and training events, including the co-ordination of dates, the booking of venues, the hospitality, the production and circulation of letters of invitation and programmes.
