London/City/Soho/Docklands - Windows/XP/AD/Networking - $22,000 + Fantastic Bens
We are urgently recruiting for a Windows/XP/AD/Networking IT Systems Support specialist to provide dedicated support to 10 educational establishments across the Greater London area. Working independently but with the support of a larger technical support team of 23 you will be the managed IT service provider for your schools - supporting the systems, networks, connectivity and all IT related issues. Spending half a day a week in each school you will be on the road, which will require a full licence and your own vehicle, liaising with non-technical staff so you must have excellent communication skills and an ability to explain IT issues to a non-technical audience. To be successful for this role you will have a background providing IT support on Windows platforms so your skills will include XP, AD, Networking and LAN/WAN. Ideally you will come from an educational background whether that be a teacher, trainer or assistant, and as this involves work in schools a CRB check will carried out.
