Administrator/Receptionist
Administrator/Receptionist Urgently needed.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Receptionist to work within a busy Public Sector office. You will need to provide an Administration service and Reception Service to the Corporate Resources Team. This will include maintaining diaries, organising meetings, taking minutes, producing and managing correspondence, general office duties such as filing, ordering and maintaining stationery.

Candidate Profile

Must have Front Line Reception experience
Experience within an admin role
Have excellent Team working skills and Communications skills
Typing skills! 50WPM and to an advanced standard
Use spreadsheet packages & other software/mainframe programmes
Provide an efficient courteous service to the public, other agencies etc.
Maintain & update diaries.
Maintain effective filing & management information systems.
Initiate responses & distribute required correspondence.
Service & minute panels/meetings as required.
