Job Title: Fabric order processor
Skills: order processing, stock control, general office admin experience
Salary: to $13.5K plus 20 days holiday
Location: SW London, Surrey
The Company:
International market leader for over 20 years in the dance industry, selling to over 62 countries on a weekly basis. Their main business is to design, produce and sell the fantastic dresses into the industry, and they are a main supplier for entertainment TV shows.
The Role
You will be responsible for -
- Receive, prepare and despatch customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure goods are prepared and updated / registered on computers accurately ready for Invoicing.
- All orders to be prepared in order of priority. All other orders prepared and dispatched within a period of 48 hours.
- Liaise at all times with the Sales Team members to ensure customers are notified of out of stock situations and queries as each order is completed.
- Ensure that out of stock items are highlighted to the Purchasing Department.
You will also need to have a good knowledge of the stock type and quantities, as well as a good working knowledge of locations within the warehouse
Due to the nature of our business and busy times at various times throughout the year, you will also be asked to help with the mail and stock issues when needed
