GENERAL DESCRIPTION

A fantastic career opportunity has arisen to work with the fastest growing Conferencing Services Provider in Europe.
Working in a dynamic, innovative and fast paced environment you will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
Key objectives will include; to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Further to this you will also be part of the Global HR Team contributing to and developing best practices consistent with the global corporate strategy.
You must have a clear understanding of the organisations business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which will select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.

You will be degree or CIPD Qualified or equivalent and/or working towards final level CIPD qualification.
5+ years experience managing HR function, and with a proven track record of 'making a difference'.
Good organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information.
Strong IT and numeracy skills required for managing/operating computerised payroll and benefits systems.
Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
The ability to analyse, interpret and explain the legal framework regulating employment.
Integrity and approachability, as managers and staff must feel able to discuss sensitive and confidential issues with you.
The ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner.
Influencing and negotiating skills, to implement personnel policies.
The potential to handle a leadership role and management of HR administration assistant.

Target salary circa $40k - $45k plus Bonus 10% and extensive benefits
