Based at our South Kensington Campus, the Policy & Service Development team is seeking efficient, organized and quality focused administrators to support its goal of ensuring that the HR Operational teams have the skills and tools to be able to provide an effective, consistent HR service for the College in a climate of devolved HR.

HR Administrator (Policy & Service
Development) - Ref: HR49MM
Salary: $26,580 - $30,360 p.a.

As well as supporting both the team and the Director of HR Operations, you will be responsible for providing and co-ordinating information in an effective and accurate form for both HR staff and managers. This will include arranging meetings and taking minutes, co-ordinating the weekly Job Evaluation Panel meetings, regularly reviewing and updating documentation, creating routine correspondence, forms and guidance, as well as contributing to a wide variety of Policy & Service Development policies, procedures and projects.

To be successful in this role you will need: practical experience of day-to-day administrative activities; sound problem solving skills; computer literacy; excellent verbal and written communication; self-motivation including the ability to work independently, within a team and across teams; and, ideally, an understanding of the principles of employment law and standard practices.
