Due to internal promotion, the UK's leading Education Recruitment company are offering an amazing employment opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager or Team Leader to support their business strategy for their London region.

The Key Objectives of this role are:
Manage the business performance of the Central London operation
Lead a team of 6 Recruitment Consultants, applying the company's employee development strategies
Lead by example, through your own "hands on approach" with clients and candidates and your personal business acquisition, providing contract supply teachers to schools , as well as Permanent Recruitment services.
Provide strong Leadership and Direction of the London Flagship Office's activities, as the office performs well from a revenue point of view but needs a strong Management presence.
Our Ideal Applicant:
· Ideally you will have experience of the Education Recruitment sector, or related service, have previous experience of team leading or branch management, and would now like to move your management career to the next level.
· Will possess a proven background in Recruitment Sales Management, which is centred on leading by example.
· Needs to be highly motivated and determined to build on the success of the London operation so far.
