Recruitment Manager - London - up to $64,000
Our client, a large international company, is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their EMEA team in London. With offices in London, across Europe and internationally they provide investment and financial services to selected markets.
Your role as Recruitment Manager will be to provide operational support to the front office division. You will be responsible for coordinating the full recruitment cycle from job postings, CV screening and interviewing through to offer stage. You will also have involvement in ad hoc projects, complex compensation reviews and updating processes and policies. This is a challenging role within a growing and demanding group.
The ideal candidate for the Recruitment Manager position will have extensive recruiting experience within an investment bank to senior level, be self-motivated and have strong influencing skills. You will be flexible and assertive with the ability to demonstrate commitment and the ability to work in a changing environment whilst adhering to deadlines and being flexible to the needs of the business.
