Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a more professional sector, and where client budgets are always available?

We are looking for their central Manchester, Preston, and Camden, London offices.

Do you have successful experience of Telesales and looking for career progression with full Account Management with a company which offers FULL OFF THE JOB TRAINING?

The Opportunity

Our client has a unique opportunity for someone with initiative and ambition to join the leading Education Recruitment company in the UK. With offices in all major UK cities, this award winning company is undergoing immense growth and investment, and are therefore recruiting to build on their already successful teams.

We currently have opportunities for a number of positions due to the immense business growth of a number of specific locations in the UK, which are market leaders in this region. There are already successful teams in place which you would be working with.

Working as part of an established Recruitment Team, you will:

*Take / Share responsibility of sales of teachers in a "warm" sales desk i.e. Primary Schools; Secondary Schools; Further Education; Special Education Needs Schools in your specific region;

*Recruit and Manage the Candidate Bank (Supply / Contract Teachers)

*Full Account Management of new and existing client relationships (Schools);

*Regular School Visits; Source new schools and meet their Supply Teacher requirements

*Maintain the company's reputation for the highest standards of customer service in the education staffing services industry

*Undertake Permanent Recruitment initiatives for Teachers and Teaching assistants in your region.

Your Profile

We are ideally looking for applicants who:

*Have a successful track record in Recruitment Sales, or

*Have a successful track record of Sales into the Education Sector, or

*Have exposure to the Education Sector, for example as a Teacher; Key Stage Co-ordinator; Experienced Teaching Assistant or working for an LEA

*Have experience in B2B Sales
Strong Team Player, Self Motivated; Good attention to detail
