Required for the Commercial Litigation Department for an Ipswich Town Centre practice. Duties will include: > Organising diaries and workloads > Typing detailed correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, instructions to council and other complex documents > Liaising with clients and other solicitors and taking detailed telephone messages. Requirements: Discretion in dealing with confidential matters. Experience of legal secretarial work. Copy and audio typing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other document/case management software. Good telephone manner.
