Technical and Procurement Services Clacton on Sea
Salary up to 27,492 per annum
We have an excellent opportunity within the Council's Architectural and Building Services. Working within a small, dedicated team, your duties will include supervision and administration of Annual Maintenance Contracts, including gas appliance servicing and testing, electrical testing and rewires. This will include specifications, estimates, reports and the inspection of works in progress.
You must hold an HNC or equivalent Building or Building Services qualification or be working towards RICS membership. You must have a familiarisation with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Lt whilst other IT-based project management systems would be an advantage.
