Supporting product development and business management this role involves elements of marketing, product management and analysis of Profit and Loss. Managing some parts of product strategy and working closely with project managers your role will be central in ensuring a smooth path to new products entering the market.
Development opportunities in this organisation, and in particular this department are excellent! Routes into product pricing analysis, product development and Project Management are all a real possibility. Financially, you should see an improvement! Bonuses are paid on top of the basic and you should be looking to take home at least a further 2,000 per year minimum. Benefits such as pension, life assurance, flexi holidays will also offer you other useful extras!
With this role being varied, my client is happy to consider candidates from a range of backgrounds, any experience in the financial services environment will be ideas but is not essential. You will ideally have experience in a similar environment. We will consider candidates from a project support role/ pricing analysis or strategic analysis background. Marketers will also be considered if you have some experience in product support or pricing iniatives. You should show some understanding of P&L and be able to identify area for improvement. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, must be hugely organised and have the experience to really drive projects forward!
Candidates educated to degree level will be of interest but this is not essential.
