Description: Background
Contribute to the delivery of all HR components of HR Services projects & programmes in order to meet business objectives through identifying solutions to maximise reuse, value and effectiveness of applications and processes within the context of the AXA Group.
The role
Work proactively to : · Analyse and document business requirements · Arrange estimates based on business requirements · Plan User Acceptance Testing and complete associated documentation · Support implementation and associated activities Perform appropriate subset of the above for change requests and minor system enhancements Maintain, develop and improve HR Processes Take ownership of risks and issues and manage with appropriate escalations Continuously review own experience, capture learning points and make recommendations for process improvements in relation to HR processes Continually develop and maintain professional relationships within own team, customers, department and business area. Communicate timely and accurate HR Services information to all appropriate parties ie. issues with functionality/ availability/ services issues Prepare and deliver reports as agreed with HR Project Manager
Skills, knowledge and behaviour
Essential:
Previous experience in business/HR environment or relevant training
Good decision making ability
Good communication and influencing skills
Ability to act on own initiative
Previous involvement in change and process initiatives
Desirable :
Good awareness of HR processes and systems functionality
Awareness of AXA Way methodology
What will you get from this role?
23 days holiday for first 3 years, then increasing to 28 days over time.
35 hour working week
Pension scheme - contributory money purchase scheme.
Annual bonus Scheme - typically 5% of annual basic salary.
