PT Admin Assistant

Description: Our client based in East Hull are seeking an Part Time administration assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This client are a charity, so you will be responsible for keeping accurate records of this database, including data entry and organising weekly member subscriptions.

You will also be supporting the and Finance Assistant, assisting them with all aspects of administration and general support,

The successful candidate will be largely responsible for making telephone calls to members of the charity, to keep records up to date, so a confident telephone manner is vital.

You will also be required, at times, to contribute fundraising ideas to help increase donations, and assist with other fundraising and promotions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications and organisational skills, a confident and friendly telephone manner and the ability to work on your own initiative and to strict deadlines.

The hours of will be 8.30am to 5pm, Mondays and Tuesdays and 10am - 6.30pm on Fridays, with one hour for lunch.

As this will begin as a temporary assignment, going on to permanent, the salary will begin at 7/hour.
