Description: My client is a leading name within the consumer electronics and multimedia market place. We are recruiting for a senior level position. We are looking for a Software Director / Team Leader who has a track record of embedded software development and the ability to take the lead within a highly technical team. You will be responsible for the development and porting of this novel enabling technologies to a variety of OS`s including Symbian, Windows Mobile, Linux, Unix and windows. You will be tasked with the building of a software team, supporting all the elements of the pre-sales process and working with customers on a variety of different levels. You will be responsible not only for defining customer requirements but for delivering projects to completion through the test and build process. We anticipate the right candidate to have some strong experience of delivering projects within similarly technical software environments as well as having taken customer facing responsibility. Based in North London, this is a chance to join an organisation that is going from strength to strength and play a key strategic role in their future direction.
