Working within our Industrial Relations Department, you will be responsible for supervising the Safety Services team. Your duties will include co-ordinating the implementation of loss control processes, maintaining a high level of liaison activities with the Ministry of Labour, and the preparation of injury statistic analysis. You will be a university or college graduate with five years of related experience, including that of behaviour based safety, and have a clear understanding of loss control principles and of the OHSA and WSIB regulations. Preference will be given to those applicants with a background in Safety/Industrial Hygiene/Ergonomics, who have excellent communication skills, and have experience in a union environment.
