Front Of House Person
The ideal front of house needs to represent the brand values, quality, passion, creativity and professionalism in all aspects of behavior, for example dress language and attitude at work. Front of house must be highly diplomatic, discrete and trustworthy with strong sale techniques and must be a positive team player. Communication and people skills to . inspire, inform, encourage and resolve issues. Ideally have worked in high-pressure customer care environment.
