This vacancy is being advertised by Concept Recruitment who are operating as a recruitment agency. The Engineering Scheduler is a key role within the Maintenance Execution Team. Reporting to the Asset Management Engineer, the jobholders principle task is to organise engineering activities, maximising the efficient use of resources by skilful planning. The. Jobholder will have a strong technical bias towards either mechanical or electrical engineering dependent on the specific role, usually educated to HNC level or equivalent. A sound understanding of the basics of the opposite discipline is however essential as the Jobholder will at times be called on to cover both positions The scheduler will need to demonstrate good organisation skills and have the ability to put over complex plans in an easily understood manner.
