Description
Working directly with the Software Development Team leader in our Portslade offices you will be developing, enhancing and supporting our existing applications which are used in Local Government. The role is varied and broad but will include interpreting written business requirements and technical specification documents, developing code to match written . technical specifications, investigating, analysing and documenting reported defects and performing maintenance programming and correcting identified defects. The successful candidate will be a Software Developer with solid skills in a broad range of development languages and technologies gained in a commercial environment. As a minimum this will include a solid understanding of development and testing methodologies but experience in an Informix-4GL based environment or Genero is desirable. .
