SUPPORT DESK TECHNICIAN
Description
Reporting directly to the service desk manager, you will be responsible for providing proactive maintenance and support for key clients in this important customer facing role. Daily duties will range from resolving client logon issues, through to full server side diagnosis and troubleshooting to maintain our customers’ IT infrastructure, as well as PC and. server assembly and on site troubleshooting as necessary. A+, Network+, MCSA or equivalent in Win 2000/2003 and a full, clean driving license are all essential. 28 days including Bank Holidays. Bi-annual Profit-sharing Bonus. Stakeholder Pension Scheme..
