Description
In this role you well providing general ICT support in the areas of Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Microsoft Office as well as troubleshooting, Anti-Virus and general hardware and software problem resolution. This role will predominantly be spent at the office providing remote support, over the telephone or via remote access tool to our customers although some on . site visits will be required. This position is a varied and interactive role, therefore excellent communication skills are vital. Training on key areas will be given and to ensure a smooth transition into the role you will work closely with a senior member of the team during your first couple of months. The successful candidate will be from an IT background who ideally has some support experience. This is a fantastic opportunity with great prospects for mentoring and career progression.
