IT HELPDESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN |

Description
Providing 1st/2nd line support to both end users and on site engineers. You should have excellent customer service techniques and communication skills with proven experience in this type of role. You'll need to have proven technical experience of Windows XP as well as remote desktop support, hardware trouble shooting and basic knowledge of networks. You will be office based Tuesday to Saturday and work 1 day at home. Temporary post, initially for 3 months, to be reviewed after that date.
