We welcome applications from candidates who have previous support experience or those recently leaving college/university with qualifications in IT. Providing 1st line telephone support you will deal with calls from customers who are. experiencing problems with their EMIS Seneca software, diagnosing faults and providing resolution through remote access and raising the relevant questions. Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Office is essential. SQL and server management is preferred. Experience of Accounting/Legal Software, would be an advantage.
