Are you looking to develop your career? Impact Computing has an exciting opportunity for a motivated, professional engineer to join our Technical Department. You will be responsible for solving client's problems & pro-actively maintaining their networks via phone, remote access & on site visits. Experience in a technical support environment is essential. IT qualifications will be advantageous and Impact Computing will invest in your ongoing development with Microsoft Training. The company prides itself on high standards of customer service so the successful applicant will be client focused with excellent people skills and a pleasant telephone manner. The ideal candidate will display initiative, attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and problem solve. A full driving licence is essential.
