HOTEL ASSISTANT MANAGER/DUTY MANAGER |

Description
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Personnel Selection who is operating as an employment agency. You will assist the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager in the running of the bars & conference & banqueting departments. Act as Duty Manager. Ensure high standard and that profitability is maximised. Resolve complaints/problems politely. Maintain operational standards in respect of service, hygiene, health & safety and ensure that there is minimal wastage. Lead and motivate staff. The successful candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry or be looking for their first role. Preferably experience of working within a 3/4 star hotel, in all operational areas including F&B & events.
