Description

Duties include dealing with advance reservations, taking bookings and special requirements, where necessary, operating a switchboard and. dealing with messages and enquires when required in an efficient manner, ensuring that each guest receives a warm and welcoming reception as soon as they arrive at Fairmont St Andrews and to providing the Perfect Arrival and Departure in accordance with the required Fairmont Hotels and Resorts standard, ensuring that all guest information is correct and entered into the Property Management system correctly and efficiently and any other tasks as required.
